Safety and common errors

How to not lose money, and what the error messages mean.

In shortKeep the recovery key private, check the domain, expect no undo. When something fails, the message says what is missing.

Rules that never change

Your recovery key is your wallet. Nobody legitimate will ever ask for it.
Check the address bar. Saturn Ops lives at ops.saturnx.cc and the passkey wallet is bound to that domain.
Every transaction is final once the chain includes it. There is no undo, no support ticket, no refund.
Try a new product on devnet first, or with an amount you can afford to lose.
Read what the signing prompt says. If it names a contract or an amount you did not expect, cancel.

You see	It means	What to do
Not enough KCAL for gas	The wallet cannot cover the gas allowance for this action.	Send KCAL to the wallet. Most actions need a fraction of one; creating a pool needs about 2,500.
SOUL for transaction fees	The wallet has less than 1 SOUL and the data fee would fail on chain.	Send at least 1 SOUL to the wallet.
The node rejected the transaction (GasFees)	The chain refused the transaction before running it because the gas allowance exceeded the balance.	Top up KCAL, or retry after the app refits the allowance.
Execution failed: ...	The contract refused the action and the text after the colon is its reason, for example 'Request not open'.	Read the reason. Usually the state changed under you; refresh and try again.
Could not read ... from this node	A read from the chain failed; the rest of the message is the node's reason.	Press Refresh. If it persists, switch network and back, or try later.

A lost device without a second passkey or the recovery key means a lost wallet. Enrol a second passkey or export the vault file the day you create it.
On some devices the first prompt only creates the passkey and a second click finishes the setup. The card tells you when that is the case.
