Crowdfund a pool: members deposit both tokens at the ratio of your targets. Once the fill reaches your minimum, you (the creator) activate it and the pool registers, held by the syndicate contract; members share its fees by contribution. Before activation members can take their tokens back; after it, only a members' dissolve vote (majority, 72 h) returns them.
